To realize the vision of an extravagant hotel on a steep hillside, we relied on state-of-the-art building technology. The project included the installation of the entire utility structure, including charging management for electric vehicles, Wi-Fi coverage, and a complex security infrastructure ensuring smooth hotel operations.
In the midst of the beautiful landscape of the Mühlviertel, a modern reinforced concrete structure nestles impressively into a steep hillside. The hotel, which has 3 basement levels, a reception and café area, and 3 upper floors, conveys the feeling of a hotel of extravagance. Equipped with seminar rooms and spa and sauna areas, the hotel proves to be the perfect vacation or conference location.
Designed with many elements of nature – oak wood, stone, linen, floral patterns and natural colors – 32 individually designed hotel rooms and 6 suites offer homely comfort and comfortable spaciousness, as well as various special features such as freestanding bathtubs, infrared cabins or cozy window beds. The seminar area, which extends over the top floor and invites amazement with a 360-degree panoramic view, is the perfect location for team building and conferences.
As a counterpart, the over 1000 sqm wellness area of the boutique hotel, equipped with infinity pools and saunas, invites you to relax, linger and recharge. In the basement, guests have access to a parking garage including 12 charging stations for electric vehicles. The impressive gastronomy area, including a large kitchen for 120 guests, ensures culinary satisfaction.
The groundbreaking of the project took place in July 2021, completion in December 2022. The challenge of this project – with an extremely short construction period – was primarily due to the different room concepts, as all hotel rooms and suites received a special, theme-related individual equipment. Due to the location in the middle of the market and the challenging hillside construction, special tasks were placed on the construction site logistics.
